and Responsibilities
- Define proposal concept and structure: Review tender documentation, identify key requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and evaluation criteria; prepare proposal outlines, compliance checklists, and planning documents; participate in kick‑off meetings and support definition of proposal workplans.
- Lead end‑to‑end proposal planning and coordination: Develop and manage activity timelines, assign responsibilities, oversee information gathering, writing, review cycles, and data tracking to ensure on‑time, high‑quality submissions; escalate risks to the Bid Team Manager when necessary.
- Act as central liaison between Commercial and Consulting teams: Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, organize meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions, track follow‑up actions, and ensure contributors have necessary information and documentation.
- Support proposal quality and compliance: Review documents for consistency, completeness, formatting, and client compliance; coordinate review cycles, consolidate comments, and provide targeted recommendations to strengthen proposals.
- Support budget and administrative preparation: Collect and consolidate administrative, contractual, and expert documentation; assist with budget preparation under guidance of the Bid Team Manager.
- Responsible for submission logistics: Manage final editing, compilation, and delivery of proposals through required channels, including digital uploads, printing, or physical shipping.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes: Support maintenance and implementation of proposal tools, templates, databases, and knowledge management systems; track metrics and suggest practical workflow improvements.
- Possible temporary contribution to projects: Support consultancy assignments in energy access or project management and internal improvement initiatives, with a maximum dedication of 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field; specialization in renewable energy, sustainable energy, or energy access is a strong advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid support, project coordination, or international development projects.
- Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with database tools such as Airtable is a plus.

Conditions
- Contract: Indefinite, 40 hours per week, with intensive Fridays; working hours can be discussed and arranged.
- Salary and benefits: €31000–36000 per year; meal vouchers and health insurance as adaptable remuneration.
