Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Key Responsibility

Lead end-to-end bid preparation for offshore wind turbine supply, installation and service contracts, ensuring high-quality, competitive and timely submissions.

Coordinate and consolidate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Performance Management, Commercial and other internal stakeholders to develop robust, technically compliant and commercially compelling proposals.

Own the commercial tendering, pricing and offer development process, preparing financially sound proposals that align with project requirements, internal approval parameters and the Director of Operations & Performance Management.

Maintain accurate, well-structured bid documentation, ensuring clear version control, auditability, governance compliance and readiness for internal review, approval and submission.

Support the Commercial Team in progressing contract reviews, identifying risks and negotiation positions and execution requirements through to contract award and signature.

Track bid progress, actions, dependencies and deadlines, proactively escalating issues that may affect submission quality, competitiveness or contractual readiness.
