As a Biopharma Production Specialist at Avantor, you will be responsible for generating growth opportunities in the Netherlands and the Southern European region with both existing and new customers.

The role of the Biopharma Production Specialist (BPS) is to create sustainable and profitable partnerships with customers in the biopharmaceutical industry. The BPS is responsible for sales activities within the assigned territory, with a focus on positioning Avantor as the preferred supplier to biopharmaceutical customers engaged in the manufacture of mammalian and microbial-based therapeutics, vaccines, cell and gene therapies and peptides.

The BPS develops a strong understanding of the market,



identifies customer needs and challenges, and leverages Avantor's portfolio of biopharma products and services to deliver meaningful solutions.
