A medium-sized Auditing & Accounting firm based in Pretoria East (Lynnwood area) requires an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant. If you want to work in a friendly environment, have the necessary experience, and can effortlessly deal with SARS queries, we would like you to apply! Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES

Accounting up to Trial balance (preferably XERO or Sage one accounting) VAT201’s and VAT reconciliations Payroll up to reconciliation – EMP201 and EMP501’s (Simplepay) SARS related tasks including: VAT and other registrations

PAYE and UIF registrations Income tax, provisional tax and other submissions Disputes handling NOO (Notice of objections) NOA (Notice of appeals) RFR (Request for remissions) SARS meetings (teams or in person) to settle disputes and submit documentation for registrations etc.

SARS compromise agreements Financial statements preparation (preferably Caseware)

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, preferably with currently studying or completed financial qualification. At least 3 years experience in duties as above (if no formal qualification) Fluency in English and Afrikaans NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
