As Brand Manager, you are a key driver of our brand strategy. You will develop Wastberg+ and ensure a consistent brand presence, translating our understanding of Good Light into clear and consistent communication.

Responsibilities

Implementation and further development of the brand strategy and brand identity

Ensuring consistent brand management across all touchpoints (online & offline)

Analysis of market trends, competition, and target groups

Planning and implementation of international marketing activities

Responsibility for content marketing, campaigns, and brand communication

Organization and implementation of trade fairs, events, and product launches

Control and monitoring of campaign budgets and marketing costs

Analysis of KPI and performance evaluation of campaigns

Close collaboration with sales, creative team,



and product management

Qualifications

Solid education in marketing, communication, or similar (e.g. university)

Several years of experience in marketing and project management

Strong interest in design, architecture, and brand

Proficient in social media, newsletter tools, and websites

Willingness to travel in an international environment

Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented way of working

Hands‑on mentality with high implementation strength

Fluent in English

Knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools is an advantage
