Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for development and testing teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and functional documentation.

Work with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI documentation for APIs.

Use Markdown and GitHub (issues, pull requests, versioning) for documentation management.

Gain a technical understanding of Java applications at a high level.

Perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

Analyse application logs in functional support and incident resolution.

Define and validate functional and integration tests for REST APIs and web applications.

Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multidisciplinary teams.

Apply basic UX knowledge to identify user needs and contribute to user‑centric solution design.

Communicate and facilitate conversations between business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

Fluent English, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus.

Proven experience in requirements analysis, functional analysis, and definition of user stories and functional documentation.

Experience working with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI documentation for APIs.





Proficiency in Markdown and documentation management using GitHub (issues, pull requests, versioning).

Solid technical understanding to read and understand Java applications at a high level.

Ability to perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

Experience analysing application logs for functional support and incident resolution.

Experience in the definition and validation of functional and integration tests for REST APIs and web applications.

Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

Basic UX knowledge to identify user needs, participate in workshops, and contribute to user‑centric solution design.

Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations between business and IT stakeholders.
