We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the health insurance industry to bridge business and technical teams. The successful candidate will analyze client operations, identify business requirements and system gaps, ensure solution quality, and lead client-facing activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Analyze the client's business operations and validate that all parameterization templates are complete and accurate. Understand business processes and gather detailed functional requirements. Identify business gaps between client operations and existing system capabilities. Document requirements and functional specifications for the technical team.

Quality Assurance

Review deliverables produced by the Systems Analyst and Developer. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before delivery.

Client Engagement

Present the system and project deliverables to clients. Act as the primary business representative throughout the implementation process.



Take ownership of the overall business solution and project outcomes. Train end users on system functionality and best practices. Lead and coordinate the technical team, including the Systems Analyst and Developer. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Insurance , Actuarial Science , or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry , specifically within health insurance (healthcare) . Strong understanding of insurance business processes.

Advanced

English proficiency.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Experience working directly with clients throughout project implementations.

Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

Experience delivering user training and system presentations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
