Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business improvement initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements and operational data. This role is responsible for assisting stakeholders in identifying opportunities for process optimization, improving operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology, and management to understand business objectives, document requirements, and support projects that enhance business performance. You will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating operational challenges into clear business requirements and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing workflows, preparing process maps, conducting data analysis, and developing reports that provide meaningful business insights. You will assist in identifying operational inefficiencies, evaluating business processes, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommending practical improvements that align with organizational goals.

The role also involves supporting business transformation initiatives, participating in system enhancement projects, maintaining project documentation, preparing presentations, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute to user acceptance testing, validate business requirements, monitor project progress,



and help ensure successful implementation of process improvements and technology solutions.

You will work with business data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations that support strategic planning and operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize complex information into clear and actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to gather, document, analyze, and interpret business requirements and operational data.
- Understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation,



and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting techniques, and dashboard development.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare business reports, presentations, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and performance measurement concepts.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall principles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
