Senior Data Analyst – Courier Fraud Team

Glovo (Delivery Hero) – Barcelona, CT, ES – Full‑time on‑site position. Mission

Own and define Glovo’s global courier fraud strategy, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement across all markets. Responsibilities

Develop scalable self‑service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams. Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no‑shows, and optimize fleet distribution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact. Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data‑informed solutions that drive satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or a related data‑driven field. +3 years of experience delivering actionable data insights to internal teams (must).



Strong analytical and coding skills – SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience);

experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Strong strategic vision, business mindset, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; English is a must. Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a high‑growth, high‑performance environment. Ability to break down complex problems into effective solutions. Benefits
