The Job As the Business Care Partner, you’ll be part of our Customer Service team. You’ll get to:

Provide telephone and email support to assigned distributors and to the sales team, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Manage customer orders in SAP, including order entry, modifications, and cancellations, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Share information with customers regarding product availability, pricing, technical features, and order status.

Monitor orders from placement through delivery to help ensure prompt supply and invoicing with minimal disruption.

Handle customer claims, order issues, and service incidents quickly and effectively, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.

Maintain customer master data and pricing information accurately within internal systems.

Support the achievement of customer satisfaction goals by delivering reliable and solution-oriented service.

Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication and strong customer relationships.

Contribute to billing accuracy and operational efficiency for assigned distributors.





Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage during absences and peak workload periods.

2–3 years of experience in a customer service, business support, order management, or similar administrative role with direct customer interaction.

Professional proficiency in English is required, Portuguese is considered a plus.

Experience working with SAP, particularly in order management, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational skills, integrity, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
