Your Main Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting
Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities
Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy)
Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria
Client Engagement & Follow-Up
Schedule and lead discovery meetings
Understand prospects’ needs and challenges
Demonstrate the added value of our services
Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff
Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch
Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs

Requirements Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job)
Customer‑facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets

Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Active listening and proactive mindset
Ambitious, resilient, and goal‑oriented
Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in building relationships
