Are you passionate about data, automation and artificial intelligence? Does the prospect of dealing with massive volumes of data excite you? Do you want to create the next-generation tools for intuitive data access for transportation operations?
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to help set up and deliver robust, structured reporting, analytics and models for the Supply Chain Transportation teams in Europe. You will be a key contributor to shaping our strategic innovation program by equipping the project teams with insights into operational performance.
You will have an eye for detail, be proficient in SQL, data warehousing and Python, and possess a knack for solving challenging data and reporting challenges. The role requires comfort in working with and clearly communicating with other functional teams, both regionally and globally. You will report to a Senior Manager and work closely with a larger project team that includes Finance.

Key Job Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, supporting senior colleagues in integrating solutions into stable and scalable systems.
Realize Business Intelligence and custom software development requirements independently.
Create test cases and guide business stakeholders through the testing process.
Present solutions and implemented features during weekly sync‑ups with business stakeholders.
Own maintenance and error handling of deployed solutions.
Deliver 1–2 main projects in parallel.
Focus on timely project delivery.
About the Team Our Data and Analytics team continuously invests in people development, systems integration, and tools automation. We simplify and innovate our customers’ experience, reduce end‑to‑end defects, and embed new technologies in our daily work to enable EU Supply Chain growth.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R.
Strong SQL skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or advanced technical degree.
Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
Experience with statistical and correlation analysis.
Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
