We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BI Specialist to join our growing data and analytics team. The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and SQL, with proven experience in designing and maintaining modern data platforms, developing data models, and delivering business insights through interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.

This role requires a proactive and self-driven professional who can independently navigate technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced data environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models using dbt and Snowflake.

Build, optimize, and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting requirements.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

Develop reusable and efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Implement and maintain data quality, governance, and performance optimization practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into technical solutions.

Work with source control systems (GitHub/GitLab) to manage code versions and deployments.

Troubleshoot data issues, investigate root causes,



and implement sustainable solutions.

Continuously improve existing BI solutions and recommend best practices for data management and reporting.

Document technical solutions and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.

Proven experience with Power BI dashboard and report development.

Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX.

Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data transformation practices.

Experience optimizing query performance and troubleshooting data-related issues.
