As Business Process Lead – ATS & Candidate Experience, you will ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems across the organization. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, safeguarding process integrity while enhancing the candidate experience through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities Own ATS Governance and Performance

Act as the business owner of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ensure system usage aligns with recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements

Monitor system adoption, data quality, and operational effectiveness

Partner with People Technology (HRDS) teams on system enhancements, design discussions, and vendor interactions

Represent business requirements in ATS-related initiatives and changes

Drive Candidate Experience Excellence

Maintain ownership of the end-to-end candidate journey, from application through hiring

Ensure recruiting processes support a positive, efficient, and equitable candidate experience

Identify experience gaps and process friction points through data analysis and stakeholder feedback

Implement continuous improvements within the existing operational framework

Lead Recruiting Process Governance





Maintain and govern standardized recruiting processes globally

Ensure processes are documented, communicated, and consistently applied

Serve as the primary escalation point for process-related issues and questions

Evaluate new system releases and process changes to assess impact and improvement opportunities

Promote operational excellence and process compliance across recruiting teams

Leverage Data and Support Compliance

Utilize ATS reporting and analytics to improve process effectiveness and candidate outcomes

Monitor key metrics related to candidate experience, process efficiency, and compliance

Support internal and external audits through process documentation and data integrity management

Coordinate corrective actions and ensure ongoing compliance with established standards

Partner with Stakeholders and Manage Change

Act as the key liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Recruiters, Compliance, and People Operations teams

Represent recruiting business needs in discussions regarding system enhancements and process changes

Evaluate impacts of upstream and downstream process modifications across the recruitment lifecycle

Translate business requirements into clear process and system recommendations

Support and engage the recruiter community through change management and process communication

Champion Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Identify opportunities to optimize recruiting operations through technology and automation

Stay informed about emerging AI capabilities and digital innovation trends





Explore practical applications of AI and automation to improve user experience and streamline workflows

Foster strong partnerships with technology teams to deliver user-centric solutions

Your Profile

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Excellence, HR Systems, HR Technology, Process Management, or a related area

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience principles

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and reporting to drive decisions and improvements

Experience supporting compliance, audits, governance activities, or regulated processes

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to influence and communicate effectively across business and technical teams

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience working in a general and matrix organization is an advantage

Interest in leveraging technology to improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder experience

Experience identifying process optimization opportunities through emerging technologies
