Experteer Overview

As a Business Process Expert at Roche, you will own and improve Demand-to-Pay processes, aligning digital solutions with integral procurement goals. You will collaborate across the DOP and CoE to design and implement innovative workflows, driving stability, compliance, and adoption. The role emphasizes automation, system integration, and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth.

You will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions using SAP and digital tools. This is a chance to shape integral procurement processes in a leading healthcare company.

Optimize Demand-to-Pay processes and design interfaces with other business processes

Identify and implement process improvements and automation in collaboration with Delivery, Category, and RSS Demand to Pay

Lead projects and design workshops/training for local and global teams

Develop innovative solution designs, validate them globally, and guide local implementation





Drive process optimization to reduce errors and boost stability and productivity

Advance knowledge transfer and act as SME for robust know-how across the organization

Resolve conflicting priorities and provide regular KPI updates to leadership

Responsabilidades

Deep procurement process and systems knowledge (SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart, GEP Nexxe)

Strong understanding of Demand-to-Pay and requirements collection/management

Experience with AI applications and digital transformation initiatives (Digital 2.0 / Industry 4.0)

Proactive stakeholder and change management capabilities

Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative, negotiation-focused skills

Business-level English; German preferred

University degree with business or life sciences focus; MBA or certifications (e.g., CIPS) preferred
