Job Title: Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain (must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona)

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues

Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escape structural issues as needed

Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner

Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management

Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)

Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory

Assist with EDI-related issues and elevate system configuration or architectural concerns

Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives

Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination

Track project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization,



and coordinate between business and technical teams

Prepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access The Adecuado Candidate Will Have

Strong experience supporting MacOS environments

Experience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)

Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)

Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)

Basic understanding of project management principles

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Familiarity with Google Workspace administration

Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira

Education And Experience

4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Professional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus

Work Environment

Hybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in‑office or in‑person meetings.

Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Mondays to Fridays. This role may require responsiveness to unexpected support issues or emergencies outside of regular hours; any time worked beyond scheduled hours will be offset to ensure total hours remain consistent.
