Head Chef / Kitchen Manager (Full-Time) – Baccara Deli, Marbella (Golden Mile) Baccara Deli & Market is a modern, premium deli located on Marbella’s Golden Mile, known for its high standards, strong focus on presentation, and a fast-paced environment combining deli, market, and brunch service.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and help shape the next chapter of Baccara.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen

Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team

Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to Baccara’s standards

Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

Organize workflows to deliver efficient and consistent service

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste

Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of the food offering

Train and onboard new team members, ensuring routines and procedures are followed

Work closely with management to achieve operational and financial goals

Requirements

Formal culinary training (required)

Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen

Experience from brunch, café, deli, or high-volume operations is an advantage

Fluent English is essential; Spanish is considered a plus





Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality

Structured, disciplined, and capable of implementing and maintaining standards

Hands‑on approach with a willingness to lead by example
