Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead and develop kitchen teams aboard our ships. The role requires 8+ years in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or banqueting, with at least 2 years as Chef de Partie.
You will supervise multiple sections, uphold culinary standards, and ensure strict HACCP and food safety compliance. You will coordinate with the Sous Chef, manage costs and recipes, and ensure superior guest satisfaction while maintaining professional conduct and shipboard
