Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee a small team in Barcelona, modernize the existing tech ecosystem, and drive innovation through data and AI.



Defining and executing the technology roadmap. Leading and mentoring a team of 3 technology professionals.

Overseeing mobile applications, data platforms, databases, and client-facing dashboards. Collaborating with business teams to deliver technology solutions that create real value. Advising leadership on technology decisions, priorities, and future investments.

Helping shape the future product and technology organization. Our client is looking for a hands‐on technology leader who combines strong technical expertise with a strong business mindset.

Requirements Experience leading engineering or technology teams. Strong knowledge of software architecture, data platforms, cloud technologies, and digital products.

Experience working with data‐intensive environments and client‐facing platforms. Ability to modernize existing systems and drive technology strategy. Nice to Have Experience in market research, analytics, data intelligence, or similar industries. Spanish language skills. THAT'S IT?
