As CTO,



you will lead the technology strategy of a growing data-driven company and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee a small team in Barcelona, modernize the existing tech ecosystem, and drive innovation through data and AI.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Defining and executing the technology roadmap.
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3 technology professionals.
- Overseeing mobile applications, data platforms, databases, and client-facing dashboards.
- Identifying opportunities to modernize systems and improve scalability.
- Driving the adoption of AI across products and internal processes.
- Collaborating with business teams to deliver technology solutions that create real value.
- Advising leadership on technology decisions, priorities, and future investments.
- Helping shape the future product and technology organization.
