About the role Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

Uses the Technip Energies’ Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes across entities.

Prepares and analyzes HR budget support documentation (headcount and personnel cost evolution).

Monitors application of yearly salary increase policy, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Analyzes information related to HR budget expenses for each unit.

Monitors manpower and workforce evolution in each department and reports deviations to management, suggesting actions.

Prepares statistical reports on turnover, demographics and other staff information.

Participates in designing, developing and implementing rewards and benefits policies at local and regional level.

Benchmarks compensation and benefits processes of other companies.





Ensures data integrity in HR systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Financial and budgeting skills.

Planning, organizing and analytical skills.

Knowledge of local taxation.

Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2); French fluency is a plus.
