Responsibilities

Provide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and ESG topics, as well as support on related regulatory areas.

Conduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring that projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Advise on anti-corruption risks, third-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls.

Provide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations.

Support the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification

5 or more years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment





Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption and ESG; other listed topics is an advantage.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders

Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2); German and other additional languages are an advantage

High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working style combined with strong team-oriented and collaboration skills in international teams
