Compliance Manager (H/M/X)

Manpower is currently partnering with a leading global logistics organization to identify a Compliance Director who will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the compliance agenda across a complex international business.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior compliance leader to work closely with executive management, driving a culture of integrity while supporting business growth across multiple regions and markets.

As the senior compliance business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on a broad range of regulatory and ethical matters, ensuring compliance is embedded into commercial decisions and operational activities throughout the organization.

Tasks

- Leading and continuously enhancing the Compliance Program across a general logistics network.
- Advising senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments.
- Overseeing critical areas including:
- Economic sanctions and embargoes
- Export controls and international trade compliance
- Anti-bribery & corruption
- Anti-money laundering and financial crime
- Competition law
- Data privacy
- Third-party risk management
- Conducting risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities, investigations,



and remediation programs.
- Supporting strategic initiatives, market expansion, partnerships, and other high-impact business decisions from a compliance perspective.
- Promoting a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

- 12+ years of experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions.
- Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-corruption frameworks, and international regulatory compliance.
- Experience operating within multinational, highly regulated environments.
- Background in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
