Role Summary

Compliance Officer – Valencia, Permanent (Full-Time) Responsibilities

Provide regulatory guidance across all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance with local laws, AML/CFT requirements, and internal and group policies. Manage and oversee compliance controls, monitoring, and key compliance registers (Conflict of Interest, Complaints, PEP). Process daily AML/CFT and sanctions screening hits and act as escalation point for AML/KYC and KYA matters.

Coordinate with internal and external MLROs, portfolio managers, transfer agents, auditors and external advisors on high‑risk assets and complex issues. Prepare and submit LIS RC's opinion, AML comfort letters and beneficial ownership confirmations. Review AML/CFT KPIs, oversee risk assessments for funds, and support the annual compliance and AML/CFT risk reporting.

Train junior staff and support the Head of Compliance on presentations, policy updates, and house training. Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience; at least 5 years in a compliance, internal audit, or related function within financial services, credit institutions, or auditing. Strong academic background, preferably in law or economics.



Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry regulations and AML/CFT requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is preferred; basic French is desirable. Strong negotiation, prioritisation, and independent decision‑making abilities, with a collaborative team mindset.

Experience in private capital markets is a plus; advanced MS Office skills. Benefits
