Computer Operator – Kyndryl, Granada, AN, ES. Full-time onsite role. Responsibilities
Perform batch operations as per service agreements. Analyze first‑level issues across systems and resolve or route them as appropriate. Develop support‑system management processes specific to customer requirements to deliver the highest level of service. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging. Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows or Mac). Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
