Consolidation Analyst Location

Barcelona, Spain – Hybrid The Consolidation Analyst supports the monthly consolidation and closing process, reports to the Group CFO, and prepares the bi‑annual external financial statements in compliance with IFRS. The role focuses on applying accounting standards, developing accounting guidance and training, overseeing specific accounting areas such as share‑based payments, impairment testing, and financial instruments, and providing accounting support to local finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the monthly consolidation and closing process, including reporting to the Group CFO. Prepare consolidated annual and interim financial statements in full compliance with IFRS.



Act as an IFRS expert for integral finance teams, preparing memos, advising on complex transactions, and delivering trainings. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance plus a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent). 6–8 years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, advisory, or audit. Strong expertise in IFRS (especially IFRS 2, 3, 7, 9, 15, 16 and IAS 19, 36). Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and advanced Excel. Fluency in English; experience with consolidation tools (HFM/FCCS) is a strong advantage. What we offer
