Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their builds, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the level of care required to deliver high-end custom homes.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day construction of our custom residential projects, ensuring each home is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards of workmanship and presentation we are known for.

Key Responsibilities Managing builds from slab through to completion and handover

Coordinating and supervising trades and suppliers

Maintaining strong quality control across all stages of construction

Monitoring timelines, budgets, and site progress

Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations

Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth building process

Skills &

Experience Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 5 years preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end quality standards





Solid understanding of Australian building regulations and site safety requirements

Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and programme

Strong communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and genuine pride in workmanship

Ability to work within structured systems and processes

Relevant trade qualification or building background highly regarded

Experience in custom or architecturally designed homes will be highly regarded

Pay $71,174.95 - $144,821.34 per year

Experience Residential construction site supervision: 2 years (preferred)
