Responsibilities

Identify skill gaps among operational talent and report them for optimization.





Conduct talent assessments to identify high‑potential operational talent for specialized positions.

Assist in creating tailored development plans focused on skill enhancement and growth opportunities.

Prepare updates for clients on operational talent development initiatives and support workforce optimization recommendations.

Support the identification and matching of short‑term/project‑based and long‑term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents.

Assist with the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization.

Develop a robust pool of operational talents through networking.

Grade Descriptor
