Job Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.

Research industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.

Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.

Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.

Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications

Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline.

Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures.





Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Accept guidance and direction from more senior roles or managers.

Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and verify understanding.
