With a strong foundation of millions of streams, international label releases, and industry credibility, the focus is on elevating visibility and audience engagement. This role is idóneo for someone passionate about music, social media, and creative storytelling, who can collaborate closely in‑person to craft and execute a high‑impact Instagram presence.

The position requires regular in‑person collaboration in Barcelona, including weekly content shoots, creative direction, and hands‑on editing to drive measurable growth.

Deliverables

Develop and implement a comprehensive Instagram growth strategy tailored to the artist’s brand and career objectives. Plan, direct, and execute weekly content shoots in Barcelona, capturing music, studio sessions, lifestyle, and behind‑the‑scenes moments. Edit high‑retention Reels and short‑form videos optimized for engagement and audience growth.

Test content hooks, posting strategies, and creative formats to maximize reach and retention. Monitor analytics and audience insights to refine strategy and report on growth metrics. Collaborate with the artist to generate creative ideas and leverage existing assets,



including professional studio, camera equipment, and music catalog.

Requirements Proven experience in Instagram growth, content creation, and short‑form video editing, ideally within the music or entertainment sector. Strong creative intuition and understanding of current trends in music and social media. Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps).

Ability to direct and shoot engaging content using professional camera equipment. Analytical mindset with experience using Instagram Insights or similar analytics tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be based in Barcelona and available for regular in‑person sessions.

Self‑motivated, ambitious, and able to take ownership of the content strategy and execution.
