As our Contracts Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day administration of Workwell Global’s Legal team, acting as a key point of contact for contract‑related activity. You’ll be responsible for preparing, issuing and processing employment and self‑employed contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and managed in line with company and legal standards. Working closely with the Contracts Team Lead, Contracts Manager and wider Contracts team, you’ll help keep the contracting process running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail‑focused and confident managing administrative processes in a busy, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming cases to the Legal department. Supporting the Sales team, clients, agencies and workers with contract‑related queries. Preparing, issuing and processing employment contracts in line with company and legal standards.
Preparing, issuing and processing self‑employed contracts in line with company and legal standards. Maintaining accurate records and documentation across all contract‑related activities. Processing returned paperwork for signature and return.
Completing system administration tasks within Dynamics 365, ensuring records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Supporting the production and tracking of contract extensions, terminations and renewals. Liaising with agencies regarding contracts that are due to end, including supporting with extension discussions where required.
Providing cover for colleagues during periods of holiday or absence. Supporting the Contracts Manager and Contracts Team Lead with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Liaising with internal teams to help ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues or required changes.

Has strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail. Is confident managing documentation, processes and system updates accurately. Can communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, agencies and workers.
Is comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks at once. Takes a proactive and organised approach to their work. Understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance when dealing with contract documentation.
Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues when needed. Has experience using systems such as Dynamics 365, or is confident learning new systems quickly. Job Details
