What will you do?

Lead and coordinate the global industrial cost controlling function

Drive cost optimization and margin improvement across multiple plants

Analyze variances, standard costs, and inventory valuation

Partner with Operations to boost efficiency and financial visibility

Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group

Support and mentor local plant controllers internationally

What you bring

10+ years in industrial cost controlling within a multinational environment

Strong expertise in manufacturing processes & cost accounting

Experience managing or coordinating international teams

Advanced Excel + ERP (SAP preferred)

Fluent English and willingness to travel A proactive, hands‑on,
