Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and certified

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

who is multilingual in

Spanish, French, or German to deliver Microsoft technical training programs to integral learners. The ideal candidate must hold an active MCT certification, possess excellent presentation skills, and have experience delivering instructor-led technical training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Microsoft official curriculum and customized technical training programs. Conduct instructor-led training in classroom, virtual, and blended formats. Train global participants in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, or German).

Prepare labs, demonstrations, assessments, and learning materials. Mentor learners for Microsoft certifications and practical implementation.



Maintain high learner satisfaction and training quality. Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and course content.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve training delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is mandatory.

4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technology training.

Fluency in English and at least one of: Spanish, French, or German.

Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience delivering technical training to corporate audiences.

Ability to manage classroom engagement and hands-on labs.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Microsoft role-based certifications are an advantage.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related technologies.

Additional Requirements

Passport preferred for future international assignments.

Willingness to travel domestically.

Flexibility to deliver sessions across different time zones.
