Position Reports To AMR Integral Controller
Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will collect and analyze financial metrics, identify trends, communicate findings, and recommend actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.
Perform analyses of business performance versus plan and propose improvement actions focusing on product line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis, and inventory analysis.
Support the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting; gather and summarize data, prepare reports, and make presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, and performance analysis within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in a factory or plant environment
Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Factory Controller, or similar role supporting manufacturing operations
Advanced knowledge of SAP systems and strong Excel/data analysis skills
Solid understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory management, and internal controls
Demonstrated ability to partner with operations teams to drive efficiency and cost optimization
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish
Legal right to work in Spain/the EU
