Produce short-form video content for ValenciaLink channels (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts); shoot local businesses and create visual city guides. Own editorial quality across ValenciaLink Magazine and business pages: write articles, conduct interviews, ensure SEO-structured content and maintain editorial voice. Manage the buyer funnel end-to-end: qualify leads, organise property tours, negotiate deals and close sales.

Work with both local and international clients. Run the long-term rental pipeline: match tenants with properties, coordinate viewings, handle contracts and maintain landlord relationships. Qualifications





Video production experience with Reels / TikTok Own camera or iPhone 14+ Strong visual storytelling sense English fluency; Spanish is a plus 2+ years editorial or journalism experience Excellent English writing skills

Understanding of SEO and content structure Interest in Valencia lifestyle, culture or real estate Real estate experience in Valencia or Spain Active NIE and legal ability to work in Spain Fluent English + Spanish

Strong negotiation and relationship skills Experience in Valencia rental market Active NIE and legal ability to work in Spain Fluent English + Spanish Organised, client-oriented communicator
