Iberia Versicherungsmakler is expanding its presence, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our team in Maioris DÉcima or Campos on Mallorca. Your daily responsibilities and core tasks will cover a wide range of activities:

Providing comprehensive support and personalized advice to our international clients in Mallorca

Supporting the expansion and growth of new business areas within the company

Participating in exciting digitalization projects to modernize our service offerings

Organizing, handling, and coordinating customer inquiries and requests with precision

Actively helping to shape, optimize, and streamline internal workflows and processes

What you bring to our growing team:

Native-level proficiency in German

Very good knowledge of Spanish





Solid written and spoken English skills A real passion for dealing with people and building trustful relationships
