Location: Barcelona, ESP | Function: Customer Support

About the role: Provide efficient support for the customers, the Sales Department and the Finance Department, ensuring the best service to maintain product availability and provide technical advice. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal company guidelines while ensuring compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone calls, give technical information, and enter orders into the computer system to meet customer expectations.

Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information and serving as liaison between the customer and various departments to meet customer demands.

Control stock and back‑orders, follow up on deliveries, process returned items, and ensure clients receive needed items on time while adhering to company policies.

Set up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to keep data accurate.

Qualifications

Native French speaker, additional European language is a plus.

Secondary education.





Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑end Customer Service role.

Experience working with operative systems.

Some knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus.

Customer Service Oriented.

General financial knowledge is a plus.

MS Office proficiency.
