Your role Allocated to our Packaging Technologies organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the position of Customer Service Desk Team Lead Europe. This is a permanent and full-time position, leading a team of 8 multi-skilled professionals.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for providing local and regional business support within Sales & Distribution (SD), ensuring efficient Order-to-Cash processes and operational performance. This includes managing approvals, monitoring order fulfillment, handling shortages, and supporting audits and team training.

At a regional level, you drive process improvements and harmonization, implement new tools and workflows, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration. You also support sales teams in strategic initiatives and special projects.

In your project management role, you coordinate regional and global initiatives, act as a key contact for SAP SD/O2C implementations, and lead process design and improvements in collaboration with IT.

Additionally, you focus on team development and onboarding,



training members on key frameworks (AACC), and promoting efficiency, simplicity, and effective communication across teams.

Profile

At least 5 years of business experience in an OTC function in a multinational company as a team leader.

Project experience is valuable.

Fluency in English (mandatory).
