Are you a natural problem-solver who loves helping others? We are seeking a native or near-native Danish speaker to join our international customer experience team in the vibrant city of Barcelona. In this role, you will support users of a major general travel and accommodation platform, ensuring seamless booking experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.





Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and build long-term customer trust.

Requirements

Native or professional fluency in Danish with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Prior experience in customer support, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously.
