Customer Support, German & Hungarian Speaking Digitize the German midmarket with us.

Your Tasks

Acting as the point of contact for our corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.

Receiving fault reports by telephone and email.

Carrying out fault analyses and developing solutions in collaboration with our clients.

Documenting requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalating complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.

Contributing to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close-knit, international team.

What you bring with you A keen interest in IT technologies and a willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.

Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.

The ability to maintain an overview and a strong service-oriented approach, even during stressful periods.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Good written and spoken German and Hungarian required.

Good written and spoken English or Romanian an advantage.

Willingness to work shifts Mon–Sat (7.30 am–9.30 pm).

Availability for on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
