This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in utilizing the digital marketing platform effectively, communicating fluently in Danish.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Danish

Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize customer success

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems promptly

Educate clients on marketing strategies and campaign optimization to enhance their experience

Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system

Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues effectively





Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant insights to customers Requirements Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus

Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions to clients

Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
