Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.

Requirements

Fluent Danish speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.





Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
