Learn more jti.com Data Adoption & Capability Manager Purpose of the role We are looking for a Data Adoption & Capability Manager to help JTI ensure that data and digital capabilities are adopted, scaled and embedded into everyday ways of working.

This role defines adoption strategies, enablement models, training, playbooks and change management approaches across general data and digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define adoption strategy and roadmap for data and digital capabilities to ensure usage, scaling and value realization.
- Prioritize enablement needs across Digital & Data teams, Consumer Office and markets based on readiness and business impact.
- Provide playbooks, guidance and support models for the Digital Consumer,Consumer experience and market teams.
- Facilitate communities, champions and feedback loops to share good practices and address adoption barriers.
- Create learning materials, onboarding journeys and playbooks to build understanding of capabilities and ways of working.
- Lead change and communication activities that help teams understand why and how to use new capabilities.
- Define adoption and value realization measures to track usage, satisfaction and business impact.

Position Requirements

- Minimum 4 years in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Data Enablement,



Capability Building, Adoption, Consulting or Business Transformation roles.
- Experience developing adoption strategies, training, playbooks, stakeholder enablement or value realization approaches.
- Experience working across markets, functions and digital/data teams to embed new capabilities into ways of working.
- Experience with data literacy, digital capability adoption, CRM, CDP, analytics or consumer ecosystem initiatives preferred.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
