We are a private family office managing a diverse portfolio of public and private investments across multiple asset classes and entities. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Investment Reporting & Data Analyst to support and enhance our reporting processes using Addepar. Key Responsibilities

Maintain investment data aggregation across custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems within Addepar.

Ensure the accuracy of portfolio data through transaction, position, cash, and valuation reconciliations.

Create and maintain client and internal reports, dashboards, and customized views in Addepar.

Configure and maintain portfolios, attributes, classifications, benchmarks, and reporting structures.

Support onboarding of new portfolios, custodians, and investment managers.

Develop and maintain API integrations and automated workflows to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting, reconciliation, and operational processes.





Partner with Operations, Investments, Technology, and Addepar Support to resolve data and reporting issues.

Document processes and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in investment reporting, operations, portfolio analytics, or financial data management.

Hands-on experience with Addepar.

Strong Excel skills;

experience with SQL, Python, APIs, or Power BI is a plus.

Understanding of portfolio performance (TWR, IRR), asset allocation, and multi-asset class investments.

Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
