Responsibilities

Achieve agreed territory sales targets.

Create and update a territory business plan aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives, using all available internal and external resources.

Implement effective planning, administration, utilization and monitoring of the marketing budget and activities to secure appropriate returns on investment.

Allocate budget based on the analysis of the complexity and potential of targeted hospitals to achieve sales results.

Properly manage the opinion leaders of the territory to promote and consolidate our brand and company image.

Suggest and plan actions to effectively achieve territory objectives and manage emerging market changes.

Respect professional ethics and Spanish and international legislation concerning medical promotion and relations with health‑care professionals.

Continuously provide the company with territory market information about our products and competitors.

Qualifications

Education background in science.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital sales.

Desirable experience in CNS (Central Nervous System) products.





Desirable English language proficiency.
