Persán – Demand & Supply Planner Specialist

Persán, a multinational home‑care and personal‑care production company, is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner Specialist based in Sevilla, Spain. The role requires 10% travel. Responsibilities

Lead the monthly demand review, preparing data and facilitating meetings with sales and supply teams. Drive forecast accuracy improvement, supply planning stability, and inventory health. Participate in demand‑review program implementation, track progress, and report status to supply‑chain stakeholders.

Manage scope, schedule and resources of demand‑review initiatives and adjust for changes. Identify, mitigate and resolve forecast‑related issues. Consolidate inputs from sales forums and supply departments, and develop scenarios and solutions for review meetings.

Conduct impact analysis and validate results with key stakeholders. Prepare documentation and key demand metrics for meetings.



Build relationships across departments to drive participation. Execute demand‑planning processes, including data cleansing, input collection and statistical forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree in Supply Chain is a plus. At least 3 years’ experience in planning or S&OP; roles. Experience in FMCG is highly desirable. Proficient in English and strong analytical skills. Result‑oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently. Benefits
