Responsibilities With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be forecasting demand.

Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0‑24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’

Own the integrated demand plan for assigned distributor markets (Sell‑in / Depletions / Inventory context). Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception‑based planning.

Drive for execution, consolidate market intelligence, and commercial inputs into a single demand proposal. Continuous improvement of the demand planning process, challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives.

Gather, analyse and organise external data to ensure demand plans reflect key drivers: promotions, events, innovation launches, and market‑specific dynamics.

Collaboration & Communication

Work with integral CoE on strategic forecast improvement projects and system enhancement opportunities and ensure alignment with global and regional planning standards, templates, and calendars.

Act as the primary planning interface for Commercial, Finance, and Market Supply Chain.

Translate commercial inputs into planning implications and clearly articulate risks, assumptions, and scenarios.

Lead S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning) monthly performance rhythm by providing impactful and clear insights in demand drivers for the region and the commercial team.

Skills Analytical Thinking

Ability to interpret complex data sets

Take the right decision based on facts and figures

Demand Forecasting Expertise

Proficiency in forecasting techniques and tools (e.g., time series, regression)

Experience using demand planning software (SAP BI, HANA, IBP etc.)

Deep understanding of depletions‑based planning, inventory dynamics, and distributor behaviours

Business Acumen

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles

Understanding of sales, marketing, and finance drivers that impact demand

Strategic Insight

Build the full picture, especially in a complex environment

Think outside the box and drive for change

Create E2E transparency for strategic decisions

Collaboration & Communication





Cross‑functional collaboration (with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus

Technical Proficiency

Advanced Excel skills

Advanced SAP superuser skills

Experience with ERP systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)

Advanced understanding of predictive analytical models

Language Skills

Fluent English a pre‑requisite

Eastern Europe languages – Nice to have, not mandatory
