We’re not simply looking for someone to manage a store. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, inspires others by leading through example and genuinely cares about creating an outstanding experience for every customer. If you’re organised, dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Palma store while helping to create an exceptional customer experience.

Supporting the daily management of the store

Leading the team whenever required

Delivering outstanding customer service

Maintaining the highest standards throughout the store

Managing stock and daily operations

Helping achieve sales targets and motivating the team





We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has previous leadership or supervisory experience

Is highly organised, reliable and proactive

Takes ownership and enjoys responsibility

Has excellent communication and people skills

Loves working with customers

Is looking for a long-term opportunity

Language Requirements Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
