Job Summary A temporary opportunity for a Digital & Contract Manager within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Seville). This role focuses on contract management for key European suppliers, especially the 4PL Transport contract, and includes digital activities and cross‑functional collaboration within the Transport & Logistics organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as a contractual focal point for ADS Production with the 4PL, focusing on the Air Power Business in Spain & Germany.

Oversee supplier performance recovery and continuous improvement.

Negotiate contractual conditions, rates and improvement plans with the 4PL and carriers.

Manage the 4PL contract daily in close collaboration with General Procurement and operational teams (claims, invoicing, change requests).

Support the Transport strategy, contributing to 4PL Model decisions and the Logistics of the Future improvement plan.

Participate in TAOPL Transport CFT or RFI/RFP activities (baseline definition, drum‑beating, follow‑up).

Ensure carrier performance through action plans.

Provide contractual support for IT projects and Export Control initiatives.

Onboard into Logistics Contract Management and support monthly Logistics Contract Board.

Create a Google site for the Transport Contract Management scope.

Lead the TAOPL Digital Change Management Board.

Help create digital dashboards and KPIs in Qlik Sense.

Take on additional tasks related to Digitalization, Risk Management, Operational Excellence, or similar areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Experience managing international suppliers and supplier layers.

Strong negotiation skills with successful contracts.

Data‑oriented, able to analyze data for negotiation and defense of ADS position.

Root Cause analysis experience and rigorous action plan implementation.

Knowledge of Transport and/or Logistics is beneficial.

Experience creating dashboards in Qlik Sense.

Fluency in Spanish and English; German a plus.
