Job Overview Digital Sales Specialist

– German and English fluency required. This role focuses on outbound sales, building relationships with Fortune 100 and other businesses, and helping the team exceed quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Convert prospects into loyal clients using a cold‑calling strategy, uncovering true business needs and recommending the right ADP solutions.

Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions.

Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, and an excellent closer.

Goal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.

Highly organized with effective time and activity management skills.

Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.

Fluent in German and English.

Business‑to‑business sales experience with prospecting, presentation, and territory management skills (preferred).

Independently driven self‑starter capable of working with other ADP Sales Associates (preferred).





Assertive cold‑calling sales approach (preferred).
